How do I become a Savi Shopper?
Easy peasy! Just sign up and start saving right away. When you're in-store, activate your offer, scan the barcode, and boom—discount unlocked!
Where can I use my coupons?
You can redeem your offers at Tesco, Co-op, or Morrisons—just make sure to check each offer to see which retailer it applies to. One quick heads-up: you can only activate offers for one retailer at a time, and all offers are subject to product availability in-store.
How long is a coupon valid?
Offers stay live in your gallery for one month, and new deals pop up monthly. Once you activate a coupon, you've got 2 hours to use it. So make sure to activate it while you're in-store—you don’t want it to expire while you’re still browsing!
Oops, I activated my coupon too early!
Once activated, your coupon is valid for 2 hours. If you added it your wallet too early, simply open your wallet and click the x to remove – if you leave it in your wallet and it expires before you use it, a new one won’t be available until the next month. So try to activate it when heading to the till.
Can I use the same offer more than once?
Each offer can be used once per user, per month. But don’t worry—you’ll get fresh offers every month, so there’s always something new to enjoy!
How do I know what products the coupon applies to?
Each coupon will tell you if it’s for a specific product or a whole range. Tap the little “i” icon (that’s the info tooltip in the top right) to see all the eligible products.
Can I use a Savi coupon along with a retailer’s promotion?
Retailers might not allow stacking coupons with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty schemes. It’s best to check with store staff before trying to combine offers.
Can I use my coupon at self-checkout?
Yep! Coupons can be scanned at self-checkout. However, some stores may require staff approval, so you might need a helping hand.
Why is the barcode moving on my voucher?
That’s our dynamic barcode in action! It helps prevent misuse. No worries—it still works just like a normal barcode when scanned in-store.
My coupon didn’t work or wasn’t accepted—what now?
Double-check:
Is the offer still valid?
Did you activate it for the right retailer?
Was the product eligible?

How do I unsubscribe from Savi emails?
You can unsubscribe any time in your profile settings. But hey, you’ll miss out on some amazing offers—just sayin’. You can always resubscribe later!
How do I unsubscribe from brand emails?
Head to your brand communication area to unsubscribe. And remember, you can jump back in whenever you like to catch the latest brand-exclusive deals.
Can I delete my account?
We’ll be sad to see you go! But yes, you can delete your account from your profile page if you decide it's time to say goodbye.
